Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction that the application filed by the petitioner under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for grant of ad interim injunction be decided. 2.

On 10.07.2023 the suit was checked and registered and it was observed in the order that no exceptional ground was made out to grant ad interim injunction and notice was issued to the defendant-respondents. Vide order dated 19.07.2023 the plaintiff-petitioner was directed to file foreign address for service of respondent Nos.4 to 6 as also fresh notices were issued to defendant-respondent Nos.1, 2, 7 to 10. The defendant-respondent No.3 was reported to have died. Thereafter, repeatedly the case has been adjourned upto 16.10.2024 for filing of the correct addresses for service of respondent Nos.4 to 6, which have not been filed till date. In view of the above, no ground is made out to entertain the present revision petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
