Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Nyay Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0126 dated 09.07.2024 u/s 420, 406, 120-B, of I.P.C., Police Station Central sector 17, Chandigarh (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated dated 17.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) and affidavit/compromise dated 15.09.2025 (Annexure P-11) arrived between the petitioners and respondent Nos.2 to 10.

Today, on the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that terms of the compromise, as relied upon by the parties, are not being adhered to by some of them; therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
