Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 154 dated 25.08.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC (Sections 323 and 387 IPC added in challan) and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms Act, at Police Station Cantonment Amritsar City and for setting aside the impugned orders dated 25.10.l2023 (Annexure P-6) and 8.11.2023 (Annexure P-8).

The present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of orders passed in CRM-M-54653-2023, whereby the petitioner stands admitted to regular bail.
