The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-16983-2025, whereby directions were issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 24.04.2025.

In compliance of the order dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-16983-2025, short reply-cum-compliance report dated 20.01.2026 of Vikas Kumar, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Regional Office, EPFO, Vododra, along with orders/speaking orders (Annexures R-1 to R-5) of different dates and reply to legal notice VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.03.11 19:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-4892-2025 (O&M) -2- (Annexure R-6), has been filed on behalf of the respondents, which is taken on record.

A perusal of the compliance report shows that order dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-16983-2025, has been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-16983-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the aforesaid speaking orders (Annexure R-1 to R-5).
