    /0 1 2/%#  2  3 +(4 ( * /       56 7Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been working for about a decade as Typist with one Sanjiv Mahajan, deed writer and there is no complaint whatsoever against him. It is co-accused, Surjit Singh, who is working as an agent, had obtained the signatures of ADC on the application for getting the arms licence and initiating the further process. The petitioner had accompanied Paramjit Singh (applicant) being a co-villager to the office of ADC for getting the application stamped, had he information in respect of forging the signatures, there was no reason for him to accompany him. No recovery is to be effected from the petitioner. He is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. M.S.Bajwa, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 01.10.2025. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as MOHIT 2025.11.27 10:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
