The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above had come up before this Court under Section 483 BNSS, seeking regular bail. 2.

Counsel for the State on instructions submits that after filing of CRM-M-53175-2025, petitioner filed the present petition for similar relief and present petition is replica of first petition, as such it is not maintainable.

At this stage, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Without commenting on the maintainability of petition, present petition is disposed of as withdrawn being replica of CRM-M-53175-2025. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
