(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed with liberty that the petitioner be allowed to pursue his representation with the respondentsdepartment that the petitioner can be posted at a nearby place instead of the place where the petitioner has now been transferred by considering the claim of the petitioner sympathetically and keeping in view the provisions as stated in Annexure P-1.
