He has, however, submitted that having regard to the age of the petitioner, some direction may be issued to the Trial Court to exempt her personal appearance.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to move an appropriate application before the Trial Court seeking exemption from personal appearance. In case, any such application is moved before the Trial Court, the Trial Court shall consider the same sympathetically having regard to the age of the petitioner and having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a lady.
