(Oral) Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 has informed that the order dated 02.12.2023 has been complied with and the petitioner has been given admission in three years LLB Course. She has informed that the petitioner has also appeared in the first semester exam of LLB. Learned counsel submits that in view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present petition and the same may be disposed of as having become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
