Learned counsel representing the appellant submits that since subsequent order dated 08.11.2024 was passed in contempt petition bearing COCP-1508-2024 and another officer namely, Mr. Ramesh Krishnamurti, Central Provident Fund Commissioner, Head Office, New Delhi has been impleaded as party respondent, present appeal, as such, need not to be pressed. 2.

Accordingly the same is disposed of with liberty to the appellant to file fresh appeal, if so required.
