In view of the restricted prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.3-District Magistrate, District Bathinda, to look into the application of the petitioner sent on 28.03.2023 and take a decision within a period of four weeks in accordance with law.
