Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.153 dated 14.05.2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.
