(Oral) Only grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to order dated 19th September, 2018 (Annexure P-2), passed by the coordinate Bench, speaking order has not been passed by the authority. According to him, the authority has not assigned any reason for not reserving the seat in 2008 elections for the SC category.

At the outset, Mr. Doabia, learned State counsel, submits that a fresh order shall be passed within one month from today, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if necessary.
