The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of charge-sheet (Annexure P-14). The petitioner is further seeking direction to the respondents to release his arrears along with interest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed, if the respondents are directed to decide legal notice 09.08.2022 (Annexure P-15) in a time bound manner.

Faced with this, learned State counsel submits that the competent authority would look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order within three months from today. 4.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of.
