(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide General Diary Details dated 25.11.2017, Tata Safari vehicle bearing registration No. PB-02CC-2598 was handed over to M/s M.K.Financial Services. Petitioner appeared before the Senior Superintendent of Police-respondent No. 3 on 22.11.2019 and got recorded his statement and as per the petitioner, after recording the statement, the office of Senior Superintendent of Police was satisfied but again respondents No. 4 to 6 have been harassing the petitioners.
