The petitioner, an Advocate, who is practising in District Courts at Bhiwani assails order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the Deputy Commissioner Bhiwani (respondent No.1) vide which Chamber No.14, situated in Bhiwani Courts Complex has been temporarily allotted to Mr. Gaurav Sharma (respondent No.5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said chamber was initially allotted to Mr. Om Parkash Kedia, Advocate with whom the petitioner had been working as an associate and that Mr. Om Parkash Kedia had transferred his rights in the said chamber in favour of the petitioner before his death and as such there was no occasion for respondent No.1 to allot the said chamber to someone else.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that the instant matter can be disposed off at this stage by issuing directions to respondent No.1-Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani to consider the case of the petitioner as regards his right in chamber No.14 and to take a decision in this regard expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from today.

A copy of this order along with copy of this writ petition be conveyed to respondent No.1 so as to enable him to take an appropriate decision. 5.

It shall be open to the petitioner to submit any additional representation/additional facts before respondent No.1-Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani to substantiate his case. Till the matter is decided by respondent No.1, the petitioner be not dispossessed from chamber No.14.
