Through the instant revision petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 12.10.2023, as made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Sirsa, upon CRA No.124 of 2023, titled as "Suresh Kumar V/s M/s Chirag Paints".

Through the order (supra), the petitioner has been directed to deposit 20% of the compensation amount, which was imposed as fine upon him, by the learned Magistrate concerned, through drawing an order of sentence on 23.03.2023, upon Case bearing CIS No.229-2016. The order of sentence (supra) was drawn subsequent to conviction of the petitioner for commission of offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Though the petitioner has assailed the order dated 12.10.2023 before this Court, however, he could not cite any illegality or perversity in the said order, which may render the same unsustainable in the eyes of law and resultantly, constrain this Court to make any interference.
