After arguing at some length, learned counsel representing the petitioner contended that petitioner is ready to appear before the learned trial Judge and will move an application for grant of fresh bail to him. In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions that petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Judge within a period of one week from today and in case he files an application, if any, for grant of fresh bail to him, the same shall be decided by the learned trial Court within a period of one week thereafter.
