(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.86 dated 19.07.2013, under Section 15 (Notification No.61) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner producing certified copy of order dated 22.12.2018 of the trial court, contends that in compliance of order dated 18.12.2018, petitioner has appeared before the trial court and has been released on bail. The same is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the instant petition. Disposed of as such.
