(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case DDR No.36 dated 28.10.2018, under Sections 323, 324, 326 and 34 IPC, Police Station Gardhiwal, District Hoshiarpur (P-2) in case FIR No.53 dated 28.10.2018, under Sections 323, 324 and 34 IPC, Police Station Gardhiwal, District Hoshiarpur (P-1).

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 19.12.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
