Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 02.05.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusal of order dated 28.10.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, this Court finds no merit in the contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned order is a review of a judicial order passed by the Magistrate.

Impugned order is well reasoned and warrants no interference, hence, the present petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his complaint in accordance with law.
