  This petition has been filed for quashing of the detention order dated 30.05.2025 whereby the petitioner was illegally detained against the provisions of the Articles 21 and 22 of the Constitution of India as well as for quashing of order dated 12.08.2025 whereby the detention of the petitioner was confirmed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contend that since the petitioner has already been released on expiry of sentence on 06.12.2025, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
