The present revision is for raising challenge to the order dated 06.09.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, whereby the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C has been allowed and the petitioner was summoned as co-accused to face trial in case FIR No. 116 dated 10.07.2018 under Sections 302, 323, 324 read with Section 34 (added later on) of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Jakhal, District Fatehabad.

Admittedly, the petitioner has joined the proceedings. 3.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present revision, with liberty to raise all his defence(s) at an appropriate stage. 4.
