The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.55 dated 21.11.2018 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 323 IPC at Police Station Qadian, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. 2.

By an order dated 25.04.2019, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that a panchayati compromise has been arrived at between the parties and in pursuance of aforesaid order, petitioners have joined investigation. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Manjit Singh has confirmed the factum of compromise and that the petitioners have joined investigation.
