(Oral) Mr. Parvinder Singh, Advocate appears and files power of attorney on behalf of the complainant to assist the State counsel. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Varinder Kumar, PS City Balachaur, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigations and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. However counsel for the complainant has stoutly opposed the grant of bail in view heinousness of crime and seriousness of allegations.

In the light of the stand of the State, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.12.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
