This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 25.10.2018/29.11.2018, Annexure P-4 colly, whereby the respondents decided to withdraw the benefits of ACP scale from the petitioners, and re-fixed the pay after withdrawing the same.

Learned State counsel contends that the relief claimed by the petitioners has been granted to all the petitioners, except petitioners no.4, 7 and 8, as the Department has given benefits of ACP scale to them from the due date. She further contends that benefits of ACP scale from the due date will also be given to petitioners no.4, 7 and 8 within two months. 3.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
