Vide order dated 13.12.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioners were released on interim bail and were directed to join investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner No.3 had been arrested on 06.12.2023 and has been extended benefit of regular bail by the trial Court where else, the remaining petitioners have since joined the investigation on 01.01.2024
