Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present appeal be disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 19.11.2024 along with Schedule 'A' which has been appended with the compromise. The said compromise is signed by all the parties concerned. Statements of all the parties to this effect have also been recorded before the Mediation and Conciliation Center.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 19.11.2024 arrived at between the parties, which is marked as 'Ex.C-1'. The compromise dated 19.11.2024 (Ex.C-1) along with Schedule 'A' be made a part of the decree-sheet. Decree-sheet be drawn up accordingly.
