Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant has since expired and he has no instructions in the matter from the legal representatives of the appellant. This Court has no way to ascertain the legal representatives of the appellant and hence notice cannot be issued. 2.

In view of the fact that the learned counsel for the appellant pleads no instructions and the Court has no means to ascertain the legal representatives of the appellant, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
