(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 05.12.2018 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Principal District Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani in Execution Petition No. 972 of 2015 dated 28.09.2015 titled as 'Smt. Amrita and another vs. Bijender Singh' (Annexure P-4) under Section 125(3) read with Section 128 Cr.P.C. filed by respondent No.1 whereby conditional warrant of arrest of the petitioner has been issued. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition as the main case has been decided by the learned trial Court.
