The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 0066 dated 26.02.2023 registered under Sections 323, 285, 506 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Rohtak Sadar, District Rohtak and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, After arguing the matter at some length, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition so as to take all pleas in the pending trial. Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
