Instant criminal writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents No.1 to 3 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners and not to interfere in the life of the petitioners at the behest of respondents No.4 to 7. 2.

Learned State Counsel has placed on record the statements of the petitioners, which are taken on record. As per the said statements, petitioners have no threat perception at this stage and both are residing together happily.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
