The present revision petition has been filed for issuance of directions to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gurugram for deciding the application for injunction filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as 'CPC'). At the very outset, it has been stated that the matter is fixed before the Court below on 19.12.2019 and the petitioner would be satisfied, if the trial Court is directed to decide the application for injunction on the said date.
In view of above, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present revision petition with a direction to the trial Court to decide the injunction application filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC on 19.12.2019.
However, if due to any reason, the injunction application is not
