The petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant/respondent, have approached this Court seeking quashing of complaint No.1008 dated 25.7.2018 under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and also summoning order dated 28.11.2018 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amritsar.

On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed:- "Counsel for the petitioner (s) may go through the judgment passed by this Court (this Bench), in CRM-M-58023-2023, titled Gautam Singal vs. Anuj Singal, decided on 30.11.2023, as also a judgment of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in CRM-M19553-2023, titled Jaspal Kaur alias Pinki and others vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 24.04.2023 and address arguments.

Adjourned to 16.12.2023."

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 4.

In view of the decision given by this Court (this Bench), in CRM-M-58023-2023, titled Gautam Singal vs. Anuj Singal, decided on 30.11.2023, as also a judgment of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in CRM-M-19553-2023, titled Jaspal Kaur alias Pinki and others vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 24.04.2023, the present petition which has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed being not maintainable.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to avail remedy, as per law.

Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
