***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioners approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect their lives and liberty as they apprehend threat to the same having married against the wishes of their parents.

Learned State counsel has today passed on photocopies of statements dated 29.6.2021 of both the petitioners, wherein they have categorically stated that they have been living happily and peacefully and that they have a son aged about 10 months and that as of now they do not apprehend any kind of threat to their lives. Needless to mention that in case the petitioners ever have any kind of threat to their lives and liberty, it shall be open to them to approach this Court again.
