(Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider his legal notice dated 03.10.2018 (P-4) and to promote him from the post of Assistant Line Man (ALM) to the post of Line Man (LM) from the date of promotion of Jagroop Singh, junior to the petitioner, vide order dated 06.09.2013 (P-2).

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Rathee, Sr. DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. In view of the above factual position, this petition is disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the legal notice dated 03.10.2018, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
