(Oral) (1) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.200 dated 06.08.2018 registered under Sections 452, 447, 324, 323, 354, 355, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur and all proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner, on the basis of a written compromise (Annexure P-2). (2) Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition.
