Present petition has been filed praying for directing respondents No. 1 to 4 for making arrest of the accused (respondents no. 8 and 9) in compliance of orders dated 01.06.2023 (Annexure P-6), 20.09.2023 (Annexure P-7) and 03.10.2023 (Annexure P. 8) passed by Ld. JMIC, Ganaur, District Sonipat in Complaint No. COMI/37/2020 dated 12.10.2020 u/s 217. 218, 219, 323, 341, 506, 34 of IPC and Section 3(1) of SC/ST Act titled as Sunil Kumar Vs Jagjit, ASI and another" (Annexure P-4) whereby non-bailable warrants have been issued against them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents No.8 & 9 have already been granted bail by this Court vide RITTU 2025.05.29 20:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
