MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking the concession of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C., in case FIR No.303 dated 4.10.2022 under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar, District Amritsar.

There is an objection, which has been raised by the Registry that it is not his first petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., as has been averred, rather it is his second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., as the previous petition was dismissed on 25.7.2023 vide a detailed order.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition. Ordered accordingly. Dismissed as withdrawn.
