VIKAS BAHL, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Praying for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No.2 to constitute a Special Investigating Team to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.45 dated 28.5.2019, under Sections 353, 186, 332, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station, Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur. Learned State counsel has submitted that in the present case, the challan has already been prepared and presented on 16.1.2020 and charges have also been framed on 10.2.2020 and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Keeping in view the above said facts and circumstances moerso, the fact that in the present case the investigation is complete, challan has been prepared and presented and the charges have been framed and the same aspect has not been rebutted by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. In case the petitioner has any grievance, it would be open to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
