Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 105 dated 25.09.2018, registered under Section(s) 452, 323, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Sujanpur, District Pathankot.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Ashwani Kumar, Inspector, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation.
