A perusal of the last few orders shows that nobody appears for the petitioner and on 03 occasions, there was a written request for an adjournment and even today, there is a written request for adjournment.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh petition, if so advised.
