DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) By way of this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.128 dated 25.08.2021, under Sections 323, 324, 336, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC, besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 307, 308, 325, 326 and 201 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Copies of the affidavits with regard to the compromise given by injured Davinder Singh and Rashpal Singh are Annexures P-2 and P-3.

Mr. R.S. Khaira, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Mr. Paras Khindri, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of injured Davinder Singh and Rashpal Singh and conceded the factum of compromise.
