The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 14.01.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-17839-2014.

Learned counsel for the respondent contends that order dated 14.01.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-17839-2014 has been complied with. He has produced a copy of speaking order dated 06.01.2026, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
