(ORAL) By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of case bearing GD No.33 dated 30.08.2022 registered under Sections 323 of IPC at P.S. Kathu Nangal, District Amritsar (Rural) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 14.10.2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again, in case any fresh settlement is arrived at between the parties. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty subject to Rs.2,500/- to be deposited with High Court Clerks' Bar Association, Chandigarh.
