Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset does not press this petition so far as it relates to prayer clauses (i) (ii) & (iv) to (ix). 2.

Since other reliefs have been given up, learned counsel for the petitioner only seeks a direction to decide its representation dated 14.08.2023 (Annexure P-10) given to respondent No.2-Director General, Medical Education & Research, Haryana.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 14.08.2023 (Annexure P-10) moved by the petitioner trust, if the same has not been decided till date, within a period of thirty days from today by passing a speaking order.
