(Oral) In this case apart from merits, the petitioner seeks grant of bail on medical grounds and in respect of which he has also filed application for grant of interim bail on medical grounds. There are several medical reports apart from the status reports filed over a period of time after filing of this petition, which are annexed with different applications making it difficult to quickly refer to such reports/documents.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner has generously offered that he shall file a fresh conscise petition incorporating all the details chronologically.
