(ORAL) Learned State counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to the reply dated 14.12.2023 filed by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Law and Order, Hisar, to submit that the prayer made in the instant petition was for transfer of investigation to Cyber Cell or some senior police officer. It has been submitted that the matter has already been transferred to CIA-II, Hisar, on 15.12.2023. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the circumstances, the instant petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
