(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 28.08.2024 passed by leraned Principal Judge, Family Court, Camp Court, Samalkha, Panipat in case No. CRM-183-2024 titled as 'Suman Devi and another vs. Sittu' whereby conditional warrants have been issued against the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as prayed; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to to take recourse to the appropriate remedy, as per law. Permitted to do so.
