(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Som Kumar @ Som Kumar Gupta, in case FIR No. 114 dated 12.11.2019, under Sections 22 NDPS Act, 1985, (Section 29 of NDPS Act, added later on) Police Station STF Phase 4, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

On instructions from SI Shammi Kapoor, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 19.12.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute.
